The Outfit Ranch

Our season runs from Mid-May to Mid October...dependent upon weather. We recommend weekly stays as they allow the opportunity to experience the full benefit of your visit to The Outfit.

Traditionally weekly stays begin on Sundays with check-in after 12 noon and last through the following Saturday with check-out by 12 noon.

The cost of a weekly stay on The Outfit is...

Singles... $1650.00 US(+ taxes) includes all horseback riding, accommodations, meals, snacks, use of all ranch facilities.

Double....$1500.00 US (+ taxes) same as above.

There is a 10% discount for bookings before April 30th.

Daily Rate... If your busy schedule does not allow for a full weeks stay.

Nightly rates ....

Single rate $300.00 per night.. all inclusive.

Double rate $285 per night ..all inclusive.

Nightly B&B Rate.....$125.00 Double Occupancy

Day Riding... We offer hourly & daily horseback riding, depending upon availability.

Daily Rates ...$35.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum. Ages 13 and older. 250# weight limit.

Lil' Buckaroos.. (aka children) We welcome children of all ages, however, a strong, mature 10 years old is our minimum riding age. They are required to wear protective helmets. (We suggest you purchase your own to be sure of a proper fit.) We reserve the right to deny riding to children if we feel they do not have the maturity or physical ability to engage in horseback riding. A few lessons at a local stable before your trip is highly recommended.

Deposits...To confirm your booking, we require a 35% deposit of your total bill within 15 days of your reservation. For groups of 5 or more we require a 50% deposit. We accept personal checks, business checks or direct deposit.

Cancellation...Cancellations made before ninety (90) days of arrival will result in a refund of your deposit, less a $150.00 handling fee. Cancellation within ninety (90) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit, unless we can fill the vacancy. The deposit less the $150.00 handling fee may be applied toward a rescheduled booking within the following season. Payment in full is required upon arrival. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. We highly recommend the purchase of trip insurance to protect your deposit.
